The charity operates from a base in Ludlow Shropshire, we support a number of individuals and groups in the area .These include: Autism/ADHD , Bereavement Support , Craft activities and support for children and young people. Outreach work connected to health and wellbeing, Carers and people with Dementia, Blood Pressure and other health checks, mental health support, job coaching, Menopause help
