BLAINA READING INSTITUTE AND LIBRARY CHARITY FUND

The Trust is to be used for the benefit of the inhabitants of Blaina in the following ways.(a) The relief of the aged,poor and impotent.(b) The relief of distress and sickness.(c) The improving of the conditions of life for the inhabitants socially and recreationally.(d) The provision and support of educational facilities.
