BIKE ACTIVE NORTH SUFFOLK

For the public benefit, to relieve the needs of, and preserve and protect the health and wellbeing of, people resident in Suffolk who are permanently disabled, or temporarily disabled through illness or injury, by the provision of safe facilities using specially adapted cycles to support such people to participate in cycling at levels appropriate to their abilities.
