The Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub provides outreach activities and services to residents that improve their physical and mental health and prevent illness, training and educational opportunities to those working, volunteering and/or studying for careers in health and social care, and collaboration opportunities for health and social care professionals and students.
