The promotion of the amateur sport of keelboat sailing, in particular through: the provision and maintenance of sailing vessels, equipment, and associated facilities/resources, for use by individuals of all abilities; providing training, coaching, and opportunities for skill development in keelboat sailing, with particular regard to students and young people.
