HIGHWORTH FORGET ME NOT CAFE

We run a monthly memory cafe and weekly drop in session for people living with dementia or other conditions, their families and carers, and anyone who may be feeling socially disadvantaged. We also run twice monthly Love To Move sessions - age and dementia-friendly seated exercise sessions, beneficial for body and mind.
