Spirit Level Youth Construction (SLYC), delivers construction skills training programmes and facilitates the gaining of appropriate qualifications while improving the employment prospects for particularly, African-Caribbean - but not exclusively young men, who are not involved in education, employment, or training (NEET's), within the London borough of Lambeth.
