Funding will be directed to promote positive change in literacy to develop confidence, individuality and aspiration; to support the provision of reflective and meaningful opportunities for children and the young to access culture and the arts; and to champion pioneering and original research in literacy and the wellbeing of children and young people, which inspires action for bold policy change.
