THE WAREHOUSE

We provide community-based physical and mental wellbeing services, including self-defence, martial arts, fitness training and mental health programmes. We operate from a community wellness centre in London, offering accessible, subsidised activities that promote resilience, confidence and overall wellbeing for children and adults.
