Thrive Health Alliance provides trauma informed, non clinical early intervention and recovery support for adults aged 18 and over and young people aged 16 to 25 affected by mental health challenges, trauma and domestic abuse. We deliver one to one support, group activities and workshops in person and online to promote wellbeing, reduce isolation and prevent crisis.
