Blackburn Hope Foundation is dedicated to offering education and training, assistance for individuals with disabilities, prevention or alleviation of poverty, promotion of human rights, and fostering religious or racial harmony, as well as equality and diversity for both children and the elderly in the Blackburn region and beyond, as needed.
