HOME GROUND CIO

We recruit, train and employ people with lived experience of homelessness into fully paid kitchen and front of house roles in our own dedicated restaurant. Professional qualifications are also supported, with the aim of referring our recruits onwards to other potential employers and secure employment opportunities in the catering/hospitality industry.
