To provide money to benefit the manufacturing and poorer classes in the Parish of Thornton-in-Craven by (a) providing classes for religious instruction. (b) providing secular instruction by means of evening classes (c) providing insurance for the village institute (d) expenses incidental to the administration of the Trust.
