The object of the Trust is to provide funds through a medium of grants for the recreational, social moral and intellectual development of the inhabitants of the parishes of Flempton and Hengrave without distinction of sex, age or of political , religious or other opinions. Any resident on the electoral register and has been a resident for one year or longer shall be eligible to apply for a grant
