COMMONWEALTH HUMAN RIGHTS INITIATIVE

The charity is a charitable company limited by guarantee and is independent and non-partisan and was set up on 2 April 1990. It is governed by a Memorandum and Articles of Association and its principal activity continues to be the advancement of human rights throughout the Commonwealth.
